As IT Support Specialist, you will be the first contact in your team for any questions and incidents concerning our internal Business Applications or our customer sites. You love detective work and by doing so, you elaborate solutions to solve the issues. With your solution-oriented way of working, you will step by step assume the responsibility for a successful, resource-saving troubleshooting and guarantee our internal as well as external customers' satisfaction.
Provide technical support as a contact person for any software concerns of our internal or external customers
Carry out error analyses
Manage requests in our ticket system
Handle error messages per remote access
Document your work thoroughly and adapt the records
Completed technical education in the field of IT and/or first job experience in a similar position
Profound know-how in a Microsoft environment
Pleasure in working with operating systems (Linux, Windows), Oracle databases as well as programming languages (e.g. C#, .NET)
Very good command of German and English
High customer and service orientation as well as ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
Working with high-quality IT equipment and the latest technologies
